The Lady I spoke with was very rude and short, she's the first to call when there is problems on their end but if there's problems on your end forget about it cuz she won't help

The phone number you called was a personal cell phone number, not a company number. As it was explained when you called, the manager whose personal number you called was off work, out of town in a remote, county area, with bad reception, and did not have access to the information you needed. She instructed you to call the company 800#, which was the only option available to get you to the manager on call, who could help you with your situation. Once you called that 800#, the problem was resolved immediately.
