Our office is conveniently open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. This large window just goes to show how seriously we take our customers’ satisfaction and how long we’ll stick around to make sure all of your concerns are addressed.
Where is your facility located?
We’re located at 17201 FM 306 in Canyon Lake, TX 78132, just minutes from Canyon Lake Dam, North Park, Silverleaf Condominiums, Canyon Lake Marina, and Mystic Shores.
When are your access hours?
Our gate provides tenant access 24/7, so you’ll never have to wonder if we’re open. Feel free to come by early in the morning, late at night, and even over the weekend!
What kind of units do you prode?
Great question! Our convenient location just off the lake makes us a natural choice for vehicle storage, including trailers, vans, cars, RVs, and boats. These spaces feature onsite power, so keeping your vehicle in great shape is a breeze. In addition to our parking spots, we offer ground-floor accessible storage units, which can be used for storing a wide range of items from around the home or office. No matter which route you choose, you’ll have several different sizes from which to choose.
What if I don’t live in Canyon Lake?
That’s no problem at all. We welcome members of the surrounding communities, including Hancock, Fischer, San Marcos, Hunter, Kyle, Wimberley, Spring Branch, and New Braunfels, TX. Even though Buda and Austin are a bit of a drive away, our facility is perfect for people out of town who love to visit Canyon Lake.
